gambas2-gb-db-firebird software package provides The Firebird driver for the Gambas database component, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gambas2-gb-db-firebird
gambas2-gb-db-firebird is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gambas2-gb-db-firebird package were installed using the commands given below,
